One of the biggest challenges for anyone facing a mental illness is reaching out for help. It can be hard to ask for help when you don’t know where to turn – that’s why it’s so important to open up the conversation about mental health in our workplaces, for both those who are struggling with mental illnesses and those who want to offer support.
