About Campus Recruitment 360 by TalentEgg:

Campus Recruitment 360 by TalentEgg (also known as TalentEgg360.com) is a new initiative launched at the end of 2012 by TalentEgg, Canada’s most popular job board and online career resource for students and recent graduates, to improve and grow the library of current professional development resources available to campus recruitment professionals, and build a community where campus recruiters and HR professionals can learn and share ideas, tips, tricks and best practices for excellence in campus recruitment.

Each week, new resources produced by TalentEgg staff and campus recruitment professionals are published that educate and inform campus recruitment professionals of the latest statistics, strategies and best practices in the industry.

Topics include how students look for jobs, employer branding, using social media for campus recruitment, and leadership in campus recruitment, among many others.

While other HR and recruitment blogs exist, they are primarily American and none cater specifically to the needs of corporate campus recruiters. TalentEgg360.com adds a decidedly Canadian voice to the list of publications that HR professionals read and share on a daily basis.

Some of the most popular resources include:

Each of these articles resulted in thousands of page views as well as hundreds of LinkedIn shares and tweets from the campus recruitment community, indicating the industry’s interest in the content.

These resources are also shared via TalentEgg’s bi-weekly Campus Recruitment Excellence Newsletter, which is distributed by email to thousands of HR and recruitment professionals across Canada every other Tuesday, as well as in the Campus Recruitment Excellence by TalentEgg LinkedIn group,  which boasts more than 500 members, and the new Campus Recruitment Twitter account, @campusemployers, which started tweeting at the end of January.

The website also complements the TalentEgg National Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards and Conference, allowing campus recruiters to continue their discussions and professional development beyond the one-day conference event each May.

Thank you!

We would like to thank CACEE for selecting TalentEgg as the recipient of this award, as well as the campus recruitment professionals who have shared their expertise, and the students whose opinions have been surveyed and shared, for articles on TalentEgg360.com.
