We’re looking for top performers to serve on an eggs-clusive judging panel that will help us recognize innovation in campus recruitment.

You’ll be rating employers for their achievements in the following categories:

• Best Mobile Campus Recruitment Initiative
• Best Campus Recruitment Brochure
• Best Online Campus Campaign
• Best On-Campus Campaign
• Campus Recruiter of the Year (Individual)
• Best Internship/Co-op Program
• Campus Recruiting Program of the Year

As a TalentEgg Campus Recruitment Awards judge, you’ll have the chance to dissect and analyze some of the best campus recruitment campaigns in the country (say, that would sound pretty good on a resume)! You’ll also be given the inside scoop on how top employers recruit new candidates and get noticed as part of an elite group of students selected for this panel.

Last year’s student judging panel selected employers such as PwC, Accenture, KPMG, GE Canada, Bank of Montreal, Research In Motion, TD Business Banking, Kraft, ConocoPhillips Canada and more as winners and finalists.
